We provide our members with fresh, often unusual, certified organic produce. The large and varied selection includes everything from fresh baby-leaf greens in the Spring through to root crops in the Fall.

Spring

Arugula

Spicy, pepper flavour, great for salads, sandwiches or pesto. Also known as roquette or rocket.

Asian Greens

A mix of mustard greens and chinese greens great steamed or braised.

Beets

Red, golden and candy beets. Great steamed, pickled or grated raw on salads.

Broccoli
Cabbage

Red, green and savoy. Great for coleslaw or salads.

Carrots

We grow a rainbow of colored carrots. Orange, red, purple, yellow and white, all delicious.

Cucumbers (Greenhouse)
Garlic Scapes

Also known as garlic flowers, fantastic in stir fries, on the grill or steamed. Mild garlic flavour with asparagus texture.

Herbs

Basil, chives, mint, cilantro, dill, the list goes on.

Hot Pepper

Jalapeno, habanero, Serrano, passila, cubanelle, hot,hot, hot!

Kale

Great steamed or in soups.

Kholrabi

Purple and green, great sliced raw on salad, kind of a cross between a radish and broccoli, great crisp flavour.
