Tahini Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup tahini

Whiz garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Add the water and tahini. Tun until smooth, scraping the sides 1x/2x.
